What materials are used in your handmade yoga accessories?

Our handmade yoga accessories are crafted with care using high-quality, eco-friendly materials. We prioritize sustainability by using natural fibers like 100% cotton or linen for our yoga mat straps and eye pillow covers. Our yoga mat and home spray is made with organic essential oils and chemical free ingredients.

Are your products eco-friendly and sustainably sourced?

Our eye pillows are filled with organic lavender buds and flax seeds. Our organic lavender buds are sourced from a family-run business where herbs are grown, harvested, and dried without the use of toxic pesticides, chemicals, fertilizers, or harmful additives, ensuring a pure and safe product every step of the way. Our amber glass bottles are reusable and recyclable. 

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Since all our products are handmade with care, processing times vary depending on the item and order size. Standard orders typically ship within 2-3 business days, while custom or bulk retreat orders require additional time—usually 2–4 weeks, depending on design and quantity. Once your order is ready, we’ll send a confirmation with tracking details. If you need a rush order or have specific timing requests, reach out to us—we’ll do our best to accommodate!

* Please be aware that processing times may be extended during the holidays due to higher order volumes, but we will communicate any delays on our home page and strive to deliver your items as promptly as we can.

Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. We ship via USPS and UPS. Your shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated after checkout. Please double check your shipping address at check out!

Do you ship internationally?

Our business currently ships only within the United States. We will be adding new international markets soon. 

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Yes, you can track your order! Once your order is fulfilled, you can visit the Order Status page to check its progress. You will find your order number in the confirmation email sent to you when the order was placed. Additionally, the tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email, allowing you to follow your order's journey. If you have any issues locating your tracking details, feel free to reach out for assistance.

When you shop with us, we want your experience to be completely satisfying. While we hope you love everything you order, if you're not entirely happy, we're here to make it right.

Return Policy for Handmade Personal Items

Due to the personal nature of our handmade eye pillows, we are unable to accept returns once the item has been used. However, if your order isn’t what you expected or arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@opensoulyh.com within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

General Return Policy

  • For other items in our shop, for exchanges or returns for undamaged items, please contact us at info@opensoulyh.com within 7 days of purchase for return instructions.
  • Refunds for damaged items will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout, and processing times may vary based on your payment provider.

Do you offer custom and bulk orders?

We are happy to accommodate bulk or custom orders for events, retreats, studios, or special occasions. If you are interested in placing a large order or customizing products to fit your specific needs, please review the following information:

Custom Orders:

  • We offer the option to customize certain products, such as fabric choices, colors, or design elements to match your event’s theme or intention. There is an added handling charge for this service.
  • Please allow extra time for production on all custom orders. Processing times will depend on the complexity of the customization and order size.

Bulk Orders:

As a small handmade business, we pour love and intention into every piece. To ensure each item receives the care it deserves—and to make sure your order arrives when you need it—we currently limit bulk orders to 40 items or fewer.
If you're interested in a larger quantity, feel free to contact us—we’d be happy to discuss options and future availability.

  • Bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of your order inquiry
  • For larger orders or those over a certain price threshold, a discount may be available. We're happy to discuss pricing with you before you place your order to make sure everything feels right.

How to Place a Bulk or Custom Order:

  • To request a bulk or custom order, please contact us directly via email at info@opensoulyh.com or our contact page including details such as the desired products, quantities, date of your event and any custom specifications.
  • Once we receive your inquiry, we will reach out to gather more information about your needs to ensure we’re a good fit. Then we’ll provide you with a quote, estimated processing times, and shipping details.
